Spaalo is an AI-supported work coaching app that provides general professional support for workplace communication, reflection and practical next steps. You may use Spaalo only in a lawful, responsible and work-appropriate way.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter, the way you interpret Spaalo responses and the decisions or actions you take. Always use your own judgement and follow workplace rules, protocols and instructions from qualified professionals.

AI limitations

AI responses can be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for your situation. Spaalo does not guarantee that any response will be accurate, complete or appropriate.

No medical, legal or safety-critical advice

Spaalo does not provide medical, legal, emergency or safety-critical advice. It does not replace qualified professionals, workplace protocols, medical care, legal advice, safety procedures or emergency services.

Subscriptions and free trials

If subscriptions or free trials are offered, pricing, trial details and renewal terms are shown in Google Play before purchase. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play according to Google Play policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Spaalo, including by:

• entering unlawful, harmful, abusive or discriminatory content;
• using Spaalo for emergencies or safety-critical decisions;
• attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service;
• entering sensitive, confidential, medical, legal or emergency information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spaalo is provided without warranties. Spaalo and its developer are not liable for decisions, actions, losses or damages arising from use of the app or reliance on AI-generated responses.
