SPAALO is an AI-assisted app for practical guidance in work situations. It helps users think through communication, choices and next steps in their role. SPAALO does not make professional decisions and does not provide medical, legal, safety or other specialist advice.
Data we process
SPAALO may process information you choose or enter, such as language, sector, role, work context, selected situations, typed descriptions, support reports and optional contact details.
Google Sign-In on Android
The Android version of SPAALO uses Google Sign-In to identify users and maintain their free trial and usage limits across app reinstalls.
When you choose “Continue with Google”, we process information associated with your Google account, including your Google account identifier and email address. Google may also provide basic profile information as part of the authentication process, although SPAALO does not use your profile name or profile picture in the app.
This information is used only for authentication, account continuity, free-trial and usage-limit management, and Premium access where applicable. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Google Sign-In is currently used only in the Android version of SPAALO. The iOS version does not require Google Sign-In.
Local storage
SPAALO may store settings on your device, such as language choice, intro status and role profile, so the app does not ask for the same setup every time.
AI processing
When you use direct help or free text, your input is sent to our cloud function to generate an answer through Supabase and an external AI provider. AI answers can be incomplete or unsuitable. Always use your own professional judgment and follow local procedures.
Subscriptions
If SPAALO offers paid subscriptions, purchases and renewals are handled through Google Play or the relevant app store. SPAALO does not receive full payment card details.
Analytics and improvement
SPAALO may use limited technical and usage information to keep the app reliable, understand errors and improve the service. We do not use this to replace professional judgment or make workplace decisions for you.
Your rights
You can ask questions about your data, request correction or deletion where applicable, or contact us about privacy concerns.
Android users who use Google Sign-In can request deletion of their SPAALO account and associated personal data by contacting info@spaalo.com.

Welke gegevens verwerken wij?
SPAALO kan gegevens verwerken die je zelf kiest of invoert, zoals taal, sector, rol, werkcontext, gekozen situaties, getypte beschrijvingen, probleemmeldingen en optionele contactgegevens.
Google Sign-In op Android
De Android-versie van SPAALO gebruikt Google Sign-In om gebruikers te identificeren en hun gratis proefperiode en gebruikslimieten te behouden wanneer de app wordt verwijderd en opnieuw geïnstalleerd.
Wanneer je kiest voor “Doorgaan met Google”, verwerken we informatie die bij je Google-account hoort, waaronder je Google-account-ID en e-mailadres. Google kan ook basisprofielinformatie meesturen als onderdeel van het authenticatieproces, maar SPAALO gebruikt je profielnaam of profielfoto niet in de app.
Deze informatie wordt alleen gebruikt voor authenticatie, accountcontinuïteit, beheer van de gratis proefperiode en gebruikslimieten, en Premium-toegang waar van toepassing. De informatie wordt niet gebruikt voor advertenties of tracking tussen apps.
Google Sign-In wordt op dit moment alleen gebruikt in de Android-versie van SPAALO. De iOS-versie vereist geen Google Sign-In.
Lokale opslag
SPAALO kan instellingen lokaal op je apparaat bewaren, zoals je taalkeuze, introstatus en rolprofiel. Zo hoef je dezelfde gegevens niet telkens opnieuw in te vullen.
AI-verwerking
Wanneer je directe hulp of vrije tekst gebruikt, wordt je invoer naar onze cloudfunctie gestuurd om via Supabase en een externe AI-provider een antwoord te genereren. AI-antwoorden kunnen onvolledig of niet passend zijn. Gebruik altijd je eigen professionele oordeel en volg lokale afspraken.
Abonnementen
Als SPAALO betaalde abonnementen aanbiedt, lopen aankopen en verlengingen via Google Play of de betreffende appstore. SPAALO ontvangt geen volledige betaalkaartgegevens.
Analyse en verbetering
SPAALO kan beperkte technische en gebruiksgegevens gebruiken om de app betrouwbaar te houden, fouten te begrijpen en de dienst te verbeteren. We gebruiken dit niet om professionele beslissingen op de werkvloer over te nemen.
Jouw rechten
Je kunt vragen stellen over je gegevens, waar van toepassing correctie of verwijdering vragen, of contact opnemen over privacyzorgen.
Android-gebruikers die Google Sign-In gebruiken kunnen verwijdering van hun SPAALO-account en bijbehorende persoonsgegevens aanvragen door contact op te nemen via info@spaalo.com.
